Ingredients

1 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed tightly
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Heat mincemeat and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
Stir frequently.
Simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake until light brown for about 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
