Hot Chocolate(Spanish Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    8 tsp. sugar, or to taste
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Mix together the milk, chocolate and sugar.
    Heat over low flame, stirring with whisk until chocolate is completely dissolved. Turn up heat and bring to a boil.
    Allow mixture to bubble up to the top of saucepan.
    Remove immediately from heat and beat with whisk.
    Repeat boiling and beating three more times, then tilt pan and beat the hot chocolate well with whisk until it is very frothy. Serve immediately.
    Makes one cup.
