Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn meal
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites, whipped
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add salt.
    Slowly add corn meal, stirring constantly.
    Cook to a soft mush.
    Cool.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    To the cooled mush, add egg yolks, butter, sugar and baking powder.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Turn into a buttered baking dish. Bake about 30 minutes and serve hot in baking dish.
