Ingredients

2 c. Pet milk
5 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
egg whites (for meringue)
coconut
Preparation

Dilute cornstarch in 1/2 cup milk.
Cook mixture of the Pet milk, egg yolks, sugar and diluted cornstarch until thickened.
Let cool.
Add coconut and vanilla.
