Nutt House Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 tsp. seasoning salt or to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. ketchup
    Tomato Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine beef and eggs. Blend in onion, celery, salt, seasoning salt, pepper, crumbs and ketchup. Adjust seasoning. Mixture should be smooth and moist. Pack into a loaf pan. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Tomato Sauce.
