Pepe'S Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 lb. coarse ground round steak
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green, mild chiles
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    6 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeded
    1 tsp. oregano
    pinch of cayenne
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pot.
    Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic until soft.
    In separate skillet, brown meat; drain off fat.
    Combine meat with vegetables in pot.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent burning.
    A spicy chili that is easy to make.
