Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
2 sticks melted Blue Bonnet margarine
6 eggs
Preparation

Cream softened margarine well; add sugar and cream well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add baking soda to sour cream and stir.
Add this mixture alternately with flour. When completed, add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
