Pumpkin Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. browned butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, plus 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
