New Orleans Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    4 c. lightly packed white bread crumbs, torn in small pieces
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Add oleo, pineapple and bread crumbs.
    Pour into a 10 x 10-inch baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly browned on top.
