Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk ham
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and cube.
    Mix together the onion, pepper and mustard and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain
    the ham; save broth. Tear ham into chunks and add to potatoes and onion.
    Stir ham broth and cider vinegar into potatoes.
    Simmer for 10 more minutes.
    Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
