Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Mix all ingredients, except carrots, and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour over carrots and let stand.
    Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
