Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1-inch slices
    6 chops
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 onions, diced
    2 garlic cloves, smashed
    salt, pepper and oregano
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix pepper, onions and garlic.
    Add sliced potatoes.
    Cover with Reynolds Wrap.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
