Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. Ore Ida hash browns, thawed
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    onion powder, salt and pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    bacon bits and/or crushed Ritz crackers (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together everything except potatoes.
    Add potatoes slowly. Mix well.
    Place inside a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add crushed crackers last 15 minutes, if desired.
