Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all above ingredients in blender a few seconds and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Very important to reduce heat.
    Serves 6.
