Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless steak, cubed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 medium potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    5 medium carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks
    1 large onion, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 (14 oz.) can chunky stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
    1 tsp. browning sauce
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown steak in oil.
    Add next 7 ingredients. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, stirring twice.
    Add peas last 30 minutes.
