Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter or oleo
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
1 to 1 1/4 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring\tconstantly, until sugar dissolves and butter melts.
Let cool
slightly.
Add eggs, vanilla and salt to the mixture.
Stir well.
Pour\tinto
pastry
shell and top with pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
