Bacon Scrambled Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 or more eggs
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove to hot platter and pour off most of fat.
    Add rice; break eggs over rice.
    Stir well together. Cook until eggs are done.
    Put rice mixture in middle of platter and surround with bacon.
