Chili-Cheese Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    3/4 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated (3 oz.)
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/2 c. yogurt (plain, nonfat)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. pimento, diced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with baked tortilla chips or low calorie crackers or pita bread.
    Yields 3 cups, 18 calories per tablespoon.
