Spinach Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) or 2 (16 oz.) cartons low-fat large curd cottage cheese
    6 eggs or egg substitute of equal volume
    6 rounded Tbsp. flour
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain spinach well, squeeze with paper towel.
    Butter deep casserole dish or 2 more shallow casserole dishes.
    Combine all ingredients; stir well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    to 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until edges bubble and brown slightly.
