Old Fashioned Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted into side comes out clean.
Center is soft but will set later.
Bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for first 15 minutes.
Then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
