Baked Deviled Orange Roughy(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. frozen orange roughy fillets or other white fillets (1/2-inch thick)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 c. soft wheat bread crumbs
1 c. snipped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut fillets into 6 serving size portions.
Arrange fillets in a single layer in a greased shallow baking pan.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, milk, onion soup mix, lemon juice, tarragon and mustard.
Spread cream cheese mixture atop fillets.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish almost flakes with a fork.
Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese and paprika; sprinkle atop filets. Bake 3 to 4 minutes more or until crumbs are golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
