Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water over 1 c. oatmeal-- cool
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Add to mixture. Makes 1 loaf pan or 9 x 13 pan. Will be thin. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35
minutes or until done.
