Barbecued Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1 envelope French's potato pancake mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Combine eggs, water and contents of pancake mix envelope.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add ground beef; mix lightly.
Shape small meatballs, using 1 rounded teaspoonful for each.
Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 10 to 15 minutes until done.
Add meatballs to barbecue sauce.
Can be served with toothpicks.
