Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Place in glass 7 x 12-inch baking dish. Microwave, loosely covered, on High for 3 minutes.
    Rearrange meatballs.
    Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cooked through.
    Let stand for 3 minutes; drain.
    Blend brown sugar, vinegar and cornstarch in baking dish.
    Stir in undrained pineapple and soy sauce.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir mixture.
    Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir in meatballs and green peppers.
    Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until green pepper is tender-crisp.
    Makes 4 servings.
