1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. potato chips, coarsely crushed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Cream together butter or margarine, brown sugar, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, baking soda, vanilla, butterscotch morsels, pecans, and potato chips. Make into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7-10 minutes. Let cool in pan about 5 minutes then remove onto waxed paper with spatula to finish cooling.
