Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. catsup for topping
Preparation
    About 1 1/4 hours before serving, in a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 2 tablespoons catsup.
    Firmly pat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    To serve, pour off fat, invert onto a warm platter, and spoon 2 tablespoons catsup over top of meat loaf.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serves 8.
