Summer Squash Casserole(Yellow Squash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 small squash, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    1/2 lb. Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer ingredients into a buttered 2-quart baking dish, ending with crackers and margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
    (I like to sprinkle garlic powder over each layer.)
