Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 finely chopped apples
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 pkg. black walnuts
1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil together.
Pour over apples.
Let set while mixing the dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into apple mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
Frost cake with Philadelphia Cream Icing.
