Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
4 eggs
1/2 c. flake coconut
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
