How To Feed Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Put initial starter in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
    Mix ingredients well and add to starter.
    Let stand out of refrigerator all day (8 to 12 hours).
    Take 1 cup out to use in making bread.
    Return remaining starter to refrigerator.
    Feed again in 3 to 5 days.
    Starter must be fed 2 times before making bread.
    This is to increase bulk.
