Poor Man'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell, unbaked
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. milk or water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pick one quart of the sheep or sour sarrell leaves and wash thoroughly. Clip off the ends of stems and place the remainder of the leaves into an unbaked pie crust. Cut one stick of butter into thin slices onto the leaves in the pan. Cover with 3/4 cup sugar and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes. Can put strips of pastry over top.
