Bean And Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and mashed
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    8 corn tortillas
    1 (6 oz). can tomato paste
    1/2 c. monterey jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix and heat all ingredients together.
    Put in soft shells and place in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
