A Peach Of A Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
    2 (3 oz.) boxes peach/apricot Jell-O
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. milk
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 to 1 c. peach juice
Preparation
    Reserve peach juice.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
    Press firmly into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill 15 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Gradually beat in milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly over crumb crust.
    Top with peaches. Chill.
