Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given; drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 12 to 14 minutes.
