Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pt. carrots, sliced and cooked until not quite done
    1 1/2 green peppers, sliced or diced
    1 medium onion, sliced or diced
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook together all but the carrots.
    After marinade is cooked together, add to carrots.
    May be stored in refrigerator several days.
