Goulash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (small)
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Boil macaroni according to directions, adding tomatoes and juice during boiling time.
    When done, make sure only small amount of liquid is present (may have to drain some).
    Stir in browned ground beef.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
