Easy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. berries, fresh or frozen
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. strawberry jello
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and salt, stirring frequently. Cook until clear.
Add jello; stir until jello is dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
Halve or cut berries and add to mixture.
Place in baked pie shell.
Refrigerate.
To serve, top with whipped cream, if desired.
