Cheese Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower.
    Wash.
    Precook whole cauliflower in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes. Drain.
    Place on ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
    Spread over cauliflower. Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Serves 4 or 5.
