Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    3 c. or 12 oz. shredded cheese
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in oleo until tender but not brown.
    Add broth and pepper.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Blend together the milk and flour before adding to vegetables.
    Add cheese and parsley.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Serves 7 to 8 people.
