Curried Sauce For Turkey Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. (1/2 pt.) light cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter.
Saute garlic, onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
Stir in curry powder and saute for 1 minute more. Stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth and cream.
Stir over low heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Season to taste and add salt and pepper.
Serve with cooked, sliced turkey or chicken.
Makes 2 cups.
