Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ripe pears
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. cream or milk
    1/2 c. half and half
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Arrange pear halves or sliced pears in unbaked pie shell.
    Mix flour, salt and sugar.
    Add cream mixture.
    Blend and pour over pears.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until cream is set.
