Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small garlic, minced (optional)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Accent
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pork chops, simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool, pour over pork chops in bowl.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Arrange chops in shallow baking pan; pour sauce over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste with sauce occasionally.
    Yields 2 servings.
