Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast dissolved in warm water.
    Mix until flour is moist.
    Place in a covered bowl in refrigerator.
    When ready to cook, take out amount needed.
    Roll out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
