Pasta Fagioli Soup(Country: Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 (14 oz.) cans cannellini beans
    2 c. spaghetti sauce (canned or homemade)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. cooked ditalini pasta or small pasta
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 c. water (if needed)
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions in olive oil in a large sauce or soup pan until soft.
    Add beans, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
    Simmer for 1 hour, covered. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water and add small amounts at a time.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    If soup is too thick, add water.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
