Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. canned mixed fruit, cut and drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
2 bananas, cut into large pieces
1 c. black pitted cherries
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine fruits and melted butter.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and curry powder; add to fruit and mix lightly.
Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
