Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. sugar
5 tsp. caraway seed
1 c. milk
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Boil raisins in water 5 minutes. Drain raisins and add to mixture.
Bake in a greased pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
