English Cheese Strottle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    1 lb. extra sharp cheese, grated
    5 large eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    sausage
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and dice.
    Mix with grated cheese and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Add bread/cheese mixture and let stand 1/2 hour.
    Lay partially cooked and drained sausage in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Pour mixture over sausage.
    Place baking dish into a large dish with water around it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and fluffy.
