Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked apples
    sugar
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    After you have made your jelly
    from the cooked apples, press them through a sifter to get the pulp
    out and the peels also. Add sugar until sweet and cinnamon.
    Pour into jars and cover them.
    Now it is ready to eat!
