Won Ton Soup(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    24 won ton skins
    4 oz. lean ground beef, browned
    1 medium carrot, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter (margarine)
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small zucchini, shredded
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine egg yolk, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon onion, salt and pepper.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix well.
