Fruited Pork Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. grapefruit juice
    2 tsp. red vinegar
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 lb. boneless pork loin, sliced thin
    1 head leaf lettuce
    2 red grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
    1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
    1 c. fresh strawberries
Preparation
    In jar with tight fitting lid, shake first 5 ingredients (juice, vinegar, oil, honey and dry mustard).
    Use large nonstick skillet and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
    Heat to medium-hot.
    Stir pork slices 3 to 4 minutes until done.
    Put lettuce in individual plates. Top with pork and fruit. Spoon dressing over salads.
